CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

In order to register for participation in the conference, it is necessary to fill in and send the on-line form and pay the conference fee.
After registration and payment of the conference fee, the participants will receive a VAT invoice.
In order to participate in the conference, it is necessary to receive a personal invitation.
The Organizer reserves the right to close the registration earlier if the limit of places is exhausted.

Important dates:

– 30.09.2019 – the deadline for submitting papers

– 26.10.2019 – deadline for payment and registration of participants

– 13-14.11.2019 – date of the conference

COSTS OF PARTICIPATION

The cost of participation in the conference amounts to:

– PLN 1,500/net with accommodation (23% VAT should be added to the amount)
– PLN 1,250/net without accommodation (23% VAT should be added to the amount)
– PLN 1 650/net with accommodation and publication (23% VAT should be added to the amount)
– PLN 1 400/net without accommodation and publication (23% VAT should be added to the amount)

The price includes:

– participation in the conference
– accommodation in a single-bed room
– conference materials
– full catering during the conference
– attendance at a formal dinner
– participation in accompanying events
– publication of the article in bulleted SPIE Conference Proceedings lub Photonics Letters of Poland

Exhibition

We offer opportunity to participate in the exhibition accompanying the Conference – presentation of the photonic devices and technologies, by the willing scientific and industrial units. In case You would like to participate please contact the organisers. We encourage members of the Polish Technological Platform of Photonics to participate and offer them preferential terms.

Participation in the Conference equals assent to process personal data according to rules given below. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and EU Council 2016/679 from 27th of April 2016 on protection of the physical persons in connection with processing of the personal data and free flow of such data, and nullification of the 95/46/WE directive (later as “RODO”), to organize above mentioned conference. Scope of the processed data: name, surname, address, professional function, workplace, e-mail.
You have access to your data, correcting and replenishing, removing, limiting scope of processing, objection to processing it, and also right to file complaint to the supervisory organ responsible for processing of the personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Zone and will not be subjected to profiling. Every assent to process personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
PCO S.A. makes Your data accessible to Windsor Hotel only to prepare an accommodation, and food supply for the persons participating in the Conference and responsible for organizing the event. In this aspect Windsor Hotel administrates data of the Conference’s participants. Time of this administration lasts during the conference and later, during 7 days, Windsor Hotel will remove all personal data delivered by the PCO S.A. from all carriers.
